Cashflowpc began as an Internet-based company in the early to mid 2000 that was to have provided its members a turnkey online marketing system. The orginal plan called for a computer system that was preloaded with resources the owner could use to market any business, product or service online using the internet. The computer system never materialized as promised, although Cashflowpc did develop a cd of resources which Group Members promoted heavily beginning in 2004 with a Vortex Benefactor Voucher.
